Hey Ladees!

A big Thank you to all who have contributed to the blog so far. I look forward to hearing more from each of you and from some of you who have not blogged yet! 

Anyway, here are some thoughts of mine for Philippians 1: 12 – 18. 

Paul’s Chains Advance the Gospel. Talk about selflessness – Paul, one who used to be a Jesus-hater became a Jesus-freak – to the extent that he was imprisoned for Christ, was one who exemplified this characteristic in his life. What a transformation!

Preaching the Gospel to the extent of being imprisoned for it definitely shows how much Paul has experienced the love of God – one that compelled him to do what he did to land him in prison.

This really made me wonder - to what extent am I willing to go all out for Christ. 

"To the extent that I won’t be embarrassed in front of my family and friends.."

"To the extent that I won’t have to sacrifice material things for eternal things…"

"To the extent of giving up what I desire to achieve godly things.."

To what extent are we willing to go all out for Christ today - or rather, what are some things that are holding us back to go all out for Christ this day?
